I had a grand stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfy, decorated nicely with a huge bathroom perfect for the whole family. The good Wi-Fi made streaming and emails a breeze. The hotel's cleanliness and modernity were impressive, and its proximity to the nearby shopping mall was a bonus.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with spacious and comfortable rooms, newly decorated and clean. The friendly service was good overall, with a slight delay during check-in. The superb location near the shopping mall and attractions makes it a top choice, despite the challenge with transportation. While the dining was delicious with a variety of options, there is room for improvement to match other places in KL. The facilities met our needs, enhancing our stay overall.
